De Polycarbonaatserie is gebouwd met hetzelfde modulaire Safe Fix-systeem dat in de gehele Machinebeveiliging-lijn van Prazamana wordt gebruikt — polycarbonaatpanelen tussen palen van zacht staal, roestvrij staal of aluminium, geconfigureerd voor de cel of lijn in plaats van een vaste catalogusmaat. Polycarbonate panels are clear, so operators and supervisors can see the machine and process while the guard still keeps people physically away from the hazard. This is useful where visual monitoring matters, such as inspection, set-up or training areas. If part of your guard needs to be solid mesh, the Polycarbonate + Metal (Hybrid) Series combines both.
The configuration shown lists polycarbonate at 3 mm thickness. If your application needs a different thickness, please share the details with the Prazamana team.
Yes. It is configured to your cell or line rather than supplied in fixed sizes, and can be arranged to fit your machine and space. For more unusual shapes, Custom Guarding offers straight, L-shaped and U-shaped layouts.
