On past projects, Prazamana has combined fencing with interlocks, light curtains, Safety PLC systems and emergency-stop controls.

Yes. Mesh panels keep a view of the machine, polycarbonate panels give a clear view where visibility matters most, and the Hybrid Series combines the two. Doors and gates can be placed where operators and maintenance staff need access, so the guard does not get in the way of day-to-day work.

Custom guarding uses the same Safe Fix system as the rest of the range: mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium, with mesh, polycarbonate or hybrid panels, in a powder-coated finish. Layouts can be straight, L-shaped or U-shaped, with heights from 1000 mm to 2600 mm and widths from 200 mm to 1500 mm, and a choice of mesh sizes.

The process starts with a requirement analysis of your site and application, including operational requirements, safety considerations and project scope. Prazamana then carries out design and engineering, selecting the layout, materials and components, followed by manufacturing, testing and quality check, and installation and support. A machine risk assessment (ISO 12100:2010) can be used to identify the hazards the guard must address.
